What Happens During Fort Jackson Graduation Week?

Graduation week includes two major events.

Family Day (Day Before Graduation)

Family Day is the first time you’ll see your Soldier after 9–10 weeks of training.

  • Battalion formation or unit presentation

  • Brief remarks from leadership

  • The emotional reunion moment

  • On-base liberty (your Soldier cannot leave post)
